Fitness should be fun and accessible. My mission is to get as many people fit, healthy and feeling good about themselves as I possibly can. Working in Andover and the Test Valley.

Being a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I can provide you with the tools and knowledge so together we can smash your health and fitness goals, be it weight loss, muscle growth, training for increased performance or competition.

Providing an initial health and fitness assessment to find out your goals, likes, dislikes, we can between us set out a tailored exercise and nutrition plan that suits your goals and lifestyle!

I specialise in mobile Personal Training and therefore can work out of a venue that suits you, be it local village halls, your house, park or local gym. I carry all the equipment I need to facilitate your individual needs and goals. Before training you will be asked to carry out an very basic health screening (PAR-Q) form. Link below
