Fitness Classes

All the fitness classes are really friendly and cater for all abilities whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned pro! All exercises are scalable to your fitness level and ability. 

The classes focus on functional exercises and training your body for everyday activities, making daily movements easier and safer. It focuses on replicating and practicing movements necessary in the real world, such as squatting, pulling, pushing, bending, walking, and running.  Rather than using machines, we prioritizes natural movements and compound exercises that engage multiple muscle groups. Not only will you build muscle but also build fitness too!

You will be asked to fill out an Informed Consent Form (below) prior to attending the classes. This is to ensure that you understand the risks and benefits to exercise and to ensure that there is not reason that you should not be partaking in the exercise class.
