What are your session prices?
Weekly in person sessions costs are £50/hr, with discounted rates for those that want to train 2 or 3 times a week. Online coaching starts from £80/month. Body Transformation Programs start at £300. I can discuss pricing in more detail along with payment options during your free consultation
Where do you provide training?
I’m fully mobile across Andover and the Test Valley area. I’ll come to your home, garage, a local park – wherever you feel most comfortable training. I carry all the equipment that you will need to complete your training session.
What times are you available?
I offer flexible scheduling to fit around your life, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. We’ll find times that work for both of us during your consultation.
Do I need my own equipment?
Not necessarily. I can bring equipment for home sessions, or we can use what you already have. For park sessions, we focus on bodyweight and portable equipment. Gym sessions use the facilities available.
What if I'm new to fitness or haven't exercised in years?
That’s absolutely fine! I work with all fitness levels and specialise in making fitness accessible and enjoyable. Every programme is personalised to your current ability and progresses at your pace.
Do you provide nutrition advice?
As part of the consultation and our first session, we will discuss your goals, lifestyle and approach to exercise from a nutrition perspective. I will provide a nutrition plan including a breakdown of your calorie requirements, protein, fat and carbohydrate intake in order for you to achieve your goals.
