BAZ’S STORY & BACKGROUND
Traditional gyms work brilliantly for some people. Others simply prefer options that better match their schedules, space, or personal style.
I realised this from simple conversations. Friends saying “I know I should exercise, but can’t find the time.” Parents who haven’t trained since having kids because childcare and gym schedules don’t align. People intimidated by busy gyms.
That sparked this: fitness needs to work around life, not the other way around. Your living room works just as well as a gym floor. Your local park beats a treadmill. If 6am online training before the kids wake up works, that’s what we’ll do.
I’ve trained 100+ people across Andover and Test Valley. Complete beginners, experienced gym-goers, expectant mothers, new parents, people wanting to feel healthier. Every single person different—different goals, challenges, lives.

Professional Qualifications
It’s not about guessing—it’s about understanding how the body responds and building programmes that deliver results.
Personal Trainer - Level 3
Trained in anatomy, exercise physiology, and programme design. Whether you're brand new or experienced, I can create something that challenges you appropriately.
Pre & Post-Natal Exercise - Level 3
Your body goes through massive changes during pregnancy. I'm trained in pelvic floor considerations, safe progressions through each trimester, and rebuilding strength after birth.
Body Transformation Coach - Level 4
For serious change—fat loss, muscle gain, complete recomposition. Advanced nutrition planning, macro tracking, and the psychology of sustainable transformation.
Gym Instructor - Level 2
Foundation qualification covering equipment, programme design, and safety. Even training at home or in parks, this ensures I can adapt programmes for any setup.

I don't have a 'system' I force everyone through. We start with conversation about what you want to achieve, assess where you're at, and build from there. As you progress, we adapt.

Home, garage, local park, or online. No gym needed. No commute. No waiting for equipment. This removes the friction that stops people training consistently.
